Sarah Jane has worked 15+ years on the front line with people facing vulnerable situations in the Youth, Family & Disability fields.

Throughout her career she has led and developed those around her to reach new learning and greater levels of capacity.

With Strategy and innovation SJ has taken all of this experience and turned it into a high impact coaching business for Directors, Managers and Leaders. She has this incredible capacity to work with you on both a personal and professional level to see you grow.
