Working with Entrepreneurs who are growing business to make an impact has shown me a couple of things that are key to understand to nurture success

The clearer you can become on your niche, your ideal client & your offer. In other words, your why, who, what. I mean like splitting hairs clear – this transforms your content and your conversations.

Instead of speaking broadly and stabbing in the dark. You know exactly who you are talking too, what they need, and what you are talking about. This leads to clear conversations with the right contacts. Plus, higher conversion rates, because you gain authority in your space by speaking right to where people are at.

Marketing Authentically is all about knowing your values and choosing a social media platform you are most comfortable with. You stand out by being yourself online and building a clear, consistent, and positive brand.

For me I don’t wear make up off screen very often, so why where it on screen. There’s this pressure that women should wear makeup to be professional. Who decided that & does it suit you? For men it could be the pressure to wear a suit, as my business coach likes to say “success doesn’t have to come in suits.”

I love Brene Brown’s language around let’s circle back to this in tough conversations. We know she inspires us but the best question we must ask is why? I would say it is because she inspires us to do hard things! To live outside of our safety, our comfort, to not live small, to make an impact! This is exactly why I have created within my work with Entrepreneurs a circle of courage.
